Inspired Beings EURL is a software engineering company registered in France. This policy covers this website and the mobile applications we publish, including the Fossling collection.

This website

This is a static website. It requires no account, uses no cookies, and embeds no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

It is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any web host, GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address in its server logs; see the GitHub General Privacy Statement for details. We have no access to, and collect none of, that data.

Our mobile applications (Fossling)

Fossling apps are free, open-source, and adless by design. They collect no personal data, contain no advertising or analytics SDKs, and share or sell nothing — there is nothing to share.

Fossling Magnifier

Fossling Magnifier uses your device’s camera to display a live magnified image on your screen.

• The camera permission is used solely for that purpose. Images are processed on your device and never leave it.
• The app requests no Internet permission: it is technically unable to transmit any data.
• No account, no cookies, no identifiers, no data collection of any kind.

Fossling Piano

Fossling Piano turns your screen into a playable piano keyboard.

• The app requests no permission whatsoever — not even Internet access: it is technically unable to transmit any data.
• Every sound comes from piano samples bundled inside the app and is produced on your device. The microphone is never used, and nothing you play is recorded or stored.
• No account, no cookies, no identifiers, no data collection of any kind.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, and erasure over your personal data. Since we collect and store no personal data, there is nothing we could look up, hand over, or delete — but you can always reach us with questions.
